We’ve got another round of highlights from last week’s teen camp for all you graduate campers!

We like reliving them as much as you do.

One of our campers Eli led a game of Mafia.

We had a pleasant surprise on Thursday during lunch when there were reenactment stories of 1812 in the park.

Last week’s bunch was really hyper! We were really happy though cause everyone made buddies, AND camp counselor Jordan’s younger sister joined the camp! Hello Mary!

Everyone likes the BCE so we made sure to make a stop there.

Emilia and Jordan are really sad because there are only 2 weeks of camp left.

Congrats to our Teen Camp Contest Winner Hannah G. for her photo of an Asian baby in the fountain! Great job!

We made the most out of the rainy days by taking some nice shots of flora around post-rain shower Toronto.

Teen Camp 2 campers got the chance to act as celebrity photographers as they shot a famous basketball team.

Our favorite location was definitely the BCE!

We started a dance circle, played in Sugar Beach, and were approached by a random stranger who thought that we were a part of a Canon promo shoot. It’s not our fault most of us use Canon!

Overall everybody got along really well, we had some fun, and everybody went home with at least one really good photograph with their name on it.

Last week we had brand new games, brand new campers, and brand new fun.

We introduced new games like Squirt and Zip, Zap, Zop and our campers really got into it!

We took full advantage of Distillery District – there was a gallery of photos from different parts of the world, and it became a fabulous background for portraits!

The BCE was one of the highlights of our week. It was dark, gloomy, and theatrical – great ingredients for really interesting photos.

We had a camper who came from a circus in our group! Needless to say, he made a really cool subject for photographs.

Our week wouldn’t have been the same without the surprise donuts from Hannah – they were delicious, thanks Hannah!

Last but not the least, our very own Jordan celebrated his birthday last Friday. Perfect way to end a great week.

We had a REALLY great group of campers to start the summer off!

The graffiti wall was the campers’ favourite.

They were a great bunch who loved taking photos of downtown Toronto.

I would say they (campers) were most enthusiastic about the Distillery District because there were actual statues on scale and lots of opportunities to shoot photos.

They really enjoyed photos of dogs – especially ERNESTO the French bulldog!

I liked our Sugar Beach field trip the most – there the campers had the mostquestions about photography and were really curious.

We took a lot of great shots there. – Emilia

I would say Photo Jeopardy was the campers’ favourite! My favorite was the Stop-Motion activity: Analog vs. Digital – Jordan
